Join Us for the HYROX Physical Fitness Test (PFT).
The HYROX PFT is the perfect challenge to kickstart your journey into HYROX and measure your fitness level. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this test will give you the insight into where you stand, and help you decide which division to sign up for at the major HYROX event.
Here’s what you’ll be up against:
- 🏃♀️ 1000m Run
- 🤸♂️ 50 Burpee Broad Jumps (90 cm)
- 🦵 100 Stationary Lunges (Fully Extended)
- 🚣♀️ 1000m Row
- 💪 30 Push-Ups (Hand Release)
- 🏀 100 Wallballs (6kg male / 4kg female)
📈 Track Your Progress
- 15 – 25 minutes – HYROX PRO
- 25 – 35 minutes – HYROX Single
- 30 – 45 minutes – HYROX Doubles
