We invite you to honor the ultimate sacrifice of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL who lost his life in Afghanistan in 2005, by participating in the Murph Hero WOD.
The Murph WOD is a challenging workout consisting of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run. To truly emulate Lt. Murphy's sacrifice, participants are encouraged to wear a 20-pound vest (9/6kg) during the workout (optional but recommended).
This isn’t just a workout, it’s a chance to come together as a community, reflect on the courage of our military heroes, and push through the physical and mental limits they often face.
